Andy Goldfarb is co-founder and Executive Managing Director of Globespan Capital Partners, a venture capital firm. He came to the work preparing for a TEDx talk.
The challenge
In his own words, he arrived with a treasure chest of ideas. The problem was not a lack of material — it was choosing the one idea worth eighteen minutes on a TEDx stage, and knowing how to shape it.
The clarity shift
The first meeting was a filtering exercise: sorting through everything he could say to find, as he put it, the diamond in the rough. Everything after that was polishing.
The work
Work with Dolores across formats — in person, by phone, over email and written feedback, and by reviewing video of his talk. Feedback covered each element of the talk: intro, body, photos and conclusion, as well as his presentation style.
